Contest Sponsors: RunMate<br />
<br />1. The iPhone Rewards Contest (the "Contest") will run until 5 of the iPhone applications ("apps") have been sent to the winners via electronic mail and/or a message has been posted regarding the end of the contest.
<br />2. iPhone App Reviewer ("we", "IAR", "our") are not responsible if the requirements of the contest have been met by an entree after the contest has ended without notification.
<br />3. Prizes will be awarded to the winners based on the first 5 entrees to meet the requirements as deemed below or on the iPhone App Reviewer Website (http://www.iphoneappreviewer.com).
<br />4. Limit one entry per person/email address.
<br />5. At the end of this contest our entry database will be reset. Winning requirements will be reset for the next contest.
<br />6. The contest is open to residents in the United States only (prizes cannot be redeemed elsewhere) and you must be of 13 years of age or older to enter. Employees or volunteers of iPhone App Reviewer may not enter.
<br />7. We are not responsible if prizes cannot be distributed to the winners for any reason. Nor are we responsible for any dysfunctional prizes.
<br />8. By entering the contest you are consenting the use of your electronic mail address to iPhone App Reviewer. An entree's electronic mail address will only be used for contacting the entree manually or automatically by the iPhone App Reviewer administrator (sales@iphoneappreviewer.com, admin@iphoneappreviewer.com, contest@iphoneappreviewer.com, iphoneappreviewer@gmail.com).
<br />9. We and the contest sponsor(s) are not responsible for lost or otherwise rendered useless entree's or prizes.
<br />10. We and the contest sponsor(s) reserve the right to end, suspend or otherwise hinder the contest for any reason.
<br />11. We and the contest sponsor(s) reserve the right to stop, suspend or otherwise hinder the prize(s) awarded to an entree or winner.
<br />12. Prizes are awarded via electronic mail, we are not responsible if you cannot be reached at the provided email at the time of registration, or any further point.
<br />13. We and the contest sponsor(s) are not responsible for any failed attempt at meeting the winning requirements.
<br />14. We and the contest sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute contest prizes for an item of equal, less, or greater value.
